Amount: For building body and hair density, and to help restore hair from within, apply to wet hair following shampooing. Apply a nickel size to wet hair, working from ends to crown. For oily hair, try to avoid application to roots.
Action: Work upward from ends to an inch below the crown for moisture without the weight. This will help fine hair keep volume. For an intensely nourishing treatment, leave on for 3-5 minutes then rinse.
Follow-up: To complete the regimen and support a healthy hair cycle, apply Pure Plenty Nourishing Scalp and Strand Serum to towel-dried hair for new hair growth and volume.
