How do I place a return?
We're sorry that you're not completely satisfied with your product. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@holistichairtribe.com with your order number and the product you'd like to return. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Holistic Hair Tribe.

What is your return policy?
- Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product, we can offer product credit once the return is processed. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We allow only a one-time exchange. Multiple exchanges or store credits on the same order are not available.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product or part?
Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order. You will need to send a photo of the damaged box and product to hello@holistichairtribe.com. If a defective part is found, we will replace it. Please do not use the product until the replacement part arrives. If we are not notified within 14 days, or if the product has been used despite the damage, it will be considered accepted in its current condition and is not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or am missing a product?
If you received the wrong product or are missing an item from your order, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at hello@holistichairtribe.com. Include your order number, the product you were supposed to receive, and a photo of the product you received.

Tracking says 'delivered,' but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please email us at hello@holistichairtribe.com. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue. Missing packages must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date as shown by tracking information.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?

You are limited to one discount code per order. 


Can I use a discount code on top of another promotion?

Promo Restrictions: Discount codes cannot be combined with most promotions.


Partner Discount Codes: You can use an HHT partner discount code in combination with the "Subscribe and Save" option.


How do I receive free shipping?

You can receive free shipping if you have a contiguous U.S. order that is $75+. This discount will be applied automatically when you checkout.

Do you test on animals?

No, we don't! Simply Organic Beauty and Holistic Hair Tribe are 100% cruelty free and we do not tolerate any animal testing. 


Can I sell Holistic Hair Tribe products on my own site?

Our products are for your own personal use and are not to be sold unless you are a verified Simply Organic Beauty Member or Holistic Hair Tribe Partner. By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute them for any reason. We may reject or cancel the order if we have reason to believe your order is not for your personal use.
